Simmy woke refreshed.
Kerri was having surgery today... Pray... Resolve to Expect... Good Things. Pray for Kerri!
Remember the success of a year ago... prayed for a young man who had been in a car accident as well... head injuries, bad prognosis... what had been desired then?
She had wanted Deborah to see the work of God, in action, to believe into the situation.
Deborah's nephew... prayed for recovery for this young man.
Today, instead of all the dire predictions, he was in University, working toward his calling.
Simmy could sense the battle today... 'Will Settle' vs. 'Won't Settle.'
What does everyone need in this kind of fight?
A 'lead from behind' 'Don't Settle' wearing foundation sandals of a meta physical nature.
A Meta-theory personage who understands this metalanguage.
'Top Gear' kind of people sometimes drive too fast. Simmy had been trying to keep a small company afloat, last year, when the owner was in hospital. She had also known this was the time to 'inspire the right ideals' into the two headstrong twenty-something year olds. Future leaders with 'less than perfect' ideals. Jewish Vincent and Vegas Girl.
After a long day, she had been driving home. Road was clear so she had rounded the bend with her hot little sports car and... in a flash, she had cranked the steering wheel... but, not quite fast enough... solid bumper to bumper... BOOM! Her Avenger protected her extremely well and nobody got hurt.
Some @#* man had stopped in the middle of the road to try to decide if he wanted to turn in at the Beer store... Simmy was still angry at him.
Those 'Top Gear' British guys would have thought that little crash was fun... until they found out from the insurance company that the parts were no longer available... downsizing in the American car industry.
Simmy still bemoaned the fact that she'd crashed that little car. Sam had helped her pick out her next vehicle.
Not very much fun now! It felt like she was driving the small bus again.
See, when you're the little fast car, you can zip in and out of traffic and you're the most vulnerable if you have an accident. But, if you're the Hummer, you have to watch out for the little fast car... you don't want to hurt anybody.
