Scene 2- Rummage Sale
Lucy was in a fine mood as she volunteered at the synagogue sale. She placed all the jewelry on the table and tried her best to hope and pray for some really great customers.
As she opened the 'broken jewelry' box, a young woman came up to the table and asked for a selection of brooches.
"Hello," said Lucy.
"Hello," said young lady.
"Have you ever seen a shoe clip?" Lucy asked.
"No," young lady said, with piqued interest.
Lucy tried to talk a little louder as a 'churchie' conversation was taking place behind 'young lady.'

Nellie- "I used to drink but I don't drink anymore," Nellie said to Priest.
Priest- "Yes Nellie, some of the choir members were quite upset with you in those days... going off on your own little arias."
Nellie- "Oh, dear!"
