Simmy watched a youtube video of 'All That Jazz.'
Gee, that Bob Fosse guy really reminded Simmy of one of her old employers. The profile sure fit.
"Come to think of it, he kind of is that guy, just he's still breathing. Lots of similarities though. Great women who loved him and one heck of a daughter."
It was really odd meeting Bob at the covenant breakfast. He had been good friends with her old employer. It was even stranger to have Bob say, "He owes me money," to which Simmy had replied, "He owes me too."
Maybe to someone else that wouldn't seem like a meaningful connection but it was on point for Simmy and she guessed, for Bob too.
