Red Movement

Sam and Simmy had been sitting in traffic and a bobbing of red hats caught their attention. They had just come from getting a haircut and Spirited had told them that her brother had died in the Philippines just one month after she had been there to see him... and empty her wallet to pay for some medical care.
Spirited had been hoping that the visit, while her brother was living, was going to suffice and that another overseas journey would not be required of her.
But, alas, her brother had used his last words to tell his siblings not to bury him until Spirited arrived.
'What could I do?' Spirited said. 'I would feel guilty for the rest of my life if I didn't go!'

Oldest construction son and Sam were getting haircuts but Simmy was just there to listen to Spirited and give her love and good wishes.
As Simmy put money down on the counter, on top of construction sons' money... she thought... yes, it is just and good to give her 7 times her wages.
