Kingswood Wedding

It was a royal wedding, a joining of two royal families of the House of the Lord.  
The lovely daughter of Sir Robert and his wife married the handsome Duke of Earl. As the wind swept the Duchess' veil toward the Duke, he put out his hand to catch the pearls with this promise... "You will be my Duchess..."

 The Emerald Maiden performed her duties like the princess that she was, with poise and dutiful attention, signing the royal document as a witness to the bond of marriage.

Yellow Sapphire Princess, in promise of loyalty, had worked diligently to see that tasks were completed.

Blue Sapphire Princess was the songbird who pledged her loyalty to the King and, later to the Duchess in poetic sentimental verse, pledging a loyal sisterhood fidelity.

The Dukes' men- at- arms were all loyal soldiers, ready to protect the royal couple and the royal families.

 

Oh, how the children danced and twirled in celebration at this royal wedding...

 There were hair adornments in the latest style, the envy of all the young ladies- in- waiting.

 

 The beautiful young couple posed and smiled and danced in this storybook wedding of love in Kingswood Forest.
